Silas just finished his six-month short term visit with us. He is a Visiting Research Fellow from the University of Namibia. During his visit at the Materials Chemistry Group at the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy, Cambridge, he not only carried out his corrosion project, but also brought his expertise and friendliness to the whole group. The group had fantastic evening drinks at Hilton hotel before Silas left. We really enjoyed having Silas here, but it's time to wave goodbye to him. Wish him every success in his future endeavors.
